A Blissful Moment in the Souk

The Souk is the place I love the most...it's so out of this world, with exotic spices, smells, noices, colours, textures, everything and everything is mixed together creating a beautiful harmony of chaos...
A blissful moment in my favorite souk...

Our Marche-Baskets, The French's must haves!

The French always loved trendy, and things that were different from the rest. The french developed the word 'Marche bag' , which means a bag you hold whilst walking. This 'Marchebag' was actually originally from the african countries, i.e. Morocco (ofcourse!), and spread into Europe via France.
We tributed these Marche-bags to Morocco, and have created a trendy design to use for the beach, or shopping, or for any use! We will be listing these in our store July. Stay tuned!

My weekendbliss...

It's a wonderful, summery sunday in London. We are enjoying the sun, and hoping it'll stay with us for the rest of the summer.
I love Sundays, where I do things with my beloved daughter. We've been to a BD party, and in the goody bag, we found a 'make tool' of a tiger puppet. We've made this together, and here's the result!
Happy Sunday...

Magical Argan Oil...

I want to start the week with a beauty Moroccan product that does all the wonders for skin & hair..And it's true. It's not that expensive, and 100% natural..it's Argan Oil.
I started using them a year ago, and I can feel my skin maintaining its youth..and I so so so need a product like this!
Kylie Monogue, the poptress, is also one of a keen user for Argan oil for her hair and face.
'It really does it's job!!
Argan oil is extracted from the Argan tree seeds from Morocco. It is rich in vitamins and essential fatty acids. It is great for massages, skincare and hair care. With its beautifying effects on the skin and hair promoting good health, Argan oil has many benefits.
Making Argan oil by hand is a labor intensive process and Moroccan women and cooperatives work in concert with many shops and companies to ensure that Argan trees are preserved and that their extracted oil is derived using environmentally safe techniques.
The Moroccan Women’s Cooperative employs women to help with the production of this valuable and exotic anti aging elixir. Berber women have turned a traditional skill and know how into something they can subsist on.
Argan oil is composed of almost 70 linoleic and oleic acids. It provides a lot of vitamin E, as well. This organic substance is very high in key nutrients and one can use it when cooking and making salads. It contains no cholesterol.
Argan oil is known to be soothing on the skin which makes it great for massages. It also has anti inflammatory characteristics that make it effective at providing relief for sore muscles and joint pains.
Argan oil is good for your skin and hair. As an emollient, it is rich with antioxidants and will help nourish your skin and keep it from aging. Argan oil is also known to treat several skin problems, like acne.

I have been using Josie Maran Argan Oil products and would highly recommend them too...

Stay young,
Stay free in spirit, be bohemian xoxo
