    For links exchanging with my blog, you need to have a "Links" page, like my blog has. And you can place on your blog's sidebar the URL to the page with the words "Links" or "Exchange Links" or any other words you prefer. You can place these on a text widget. Please see this example; see "AWESOME BLOGS" on the right sidebar on this blog:
    http://homesicktexan.blogspot.com/

    Or you can choose to have "Blog List" or "Blogroll", and you can place it on your blog's sidebar.

    Instructions on how to add a "Blog List" to a blogspot blog:

    Instructions on how to add a "Blogroll" to a blogspot blog:
